By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using any part of the Chatcon service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Chatcon provides a software platform for WhatsApp broadcast messaging, AI chatbot automation, shared team inboxes, and CRM/webhook integrations, built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Plans, features and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time. Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. Plan fees are exclusive of WhatsApp Cloud Messaging charges, which are billed separately by Meta based on your usage and recipient country — see Meta's official pricing page. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Chatcon may suspend accounts found in violation, with or without notice, to protect the integrity of the platform.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid recipient consent (opt-in) before sending messages, and for the content and approval status of your message templates. Meta may independently restrict, rate-limit, or ban a WhatsApp number for policy violations; such actions are outside Chatcon's control and are not eligible for refund under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
The Chatcon name, logo, software, and dashboard design are the property of Chatcon / lapcon technologys and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or resold without written permission. You retain ownership of your own content, contact lists, and conversation data.
The Service integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and other third-party tools, including payment gateways and CRMs. Chatcon is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatcon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or Meta's policies, with reasonable notice where practicable.
You agree to indemnify and hold Chatcon harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of , kerala.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
